Read carefully the tiny writing on page 15 explaining the asterisk- states that current shares include new placement shares, and options allowed for are 1/2 of that
This is disgraceful - what's comical is that they are effectively killing the placement price too by adding these shares- and the enterprise value.
The extra value of these shares will be 400k after costs, and dilute by 325m shares/options.
