They have to show the asx that they have the cash to be a be an ongoing concern , soooo do you want dilution at 3.4 cents or do you want it at a 30% discount to share price if Ann.
The one thing the current Ann did not tell us is what is the cash burn compared to previous quarters, all good and well to say million dollar sales, but at what cost
We may still have to raise money outside the options as at current prices not all option holders will convert, myself included
It is such a pity the options are in this position, they have had such a long expiry date with what I have already said a fair strike price. The only concern options holders should have to worry about is selling heads or options to convert as many as possible, but instead option holders are in this position and that is the options not in the money.
