However Directors’ options will not be subject to share price performance vesting conditions.
So to be clear, the options are not share price dependant.
So are they dependant on anything (apart from shareholder vote)?
Otherwise if not, if they are just in place, by desire of the board and not performance linked, then it must be in place to ensure adequate compensation for losing positions from a takeover.
