Yes Dr , I have spoke to Melinda ( I thought it was Melissa ) a number of times and she has always been extremely polite , knowledgeable , and understanding to my requests. She has always rung me back , albeit taking some time . A professional in every sense and hopefully reflects the rest of SGH staff.
