Why a roadshow in Europe (ie. Germany) ?

Could they be courting BMZ GmbH ?

I expect this has already been proposed here in previous threads.

This is going to require a lot of Lithium (and Graphite and Cobalt for that matter) !
And it's only one (1) of the growing battery makers in Europe.

Might the Chinese build a Lithium plant in Mali and ship to Europe, or will the Germans ? Or might the Europeans ship it across the Atlantic from Canada ?
