Seems like this is a ubiquitous issue across the entire ASX, and so it should be revised, leadership (exec, directors, etc) remuneration should be relative to performance, SP and/or EPS losses, should be the primary/direct KPI targets, with any soft targets adding 'tiered, relative value' to the primary 'key' KPI target...

Far too many bandits on boards and in executive roles across the ASX, with the right resources (adequate funding) made available, I believe ASIC would 'clean-out' about about 20% of market participants on the ASX, particularly in the 'minnows' spaces...
