One of the reasons i bought in is because the sector is finally maturing from its mum+dad ISP days that go back 20 years. Yes they were high growth for the survivors, but high risk also, like musical chairs.
This new age of telco's brought about by recent mergers means the focus has to shift from mergers to 'organic growth', and there is plenty of market share to take from Telstra. It requires more skill in marketing and management to make the most of existing resources than being a good innovator IMO.
