Legally anyone can short LBT if their broker allows it, no law against it so long as their broker/clearing house holds the shares or has an agreement to hold the shares.
It is however illegal for anyone to naked short ANY ASX share including LBT.
I am not here to argue with people over shorting etc, just sharing my views on the price action of this stock.
