As a departing director Niko was required to state his interestin RTM both direct and indirect. That was stated earlier last year at 8 million shares ie about 1% to 2% of RTM. If he has other indirect interests that he is in control of then he has not complied with the law.
How about coming up with some evidence that Niko owns more than 2% of the company.
