Proceedings are already underway with the Federal Court but will have to follow the usual processes which will take some time. From what I understand of the case, Lion has launched a counter claim over A2M's promotion of the health benefits of A2 milk. Geoff Babidge seems confident that an injunction will be granted but we'll have to wait and see.
