re: how much for directors shares Spot on Bello. Perhaps they know the minute they bought on market they would send the sp ballistic.

Better to do it as they have and lob a bid at 55c and get swamped in the stampede of relieved acceptances. They probably want the technology only, not the management (obviously) or Aussie investors. The money they put in boomerangs back to them and they pick up the co for peanuts. Perhaps do the same with Safenet and put them together and flog them off down the track.

Pure speculation but we will see what unfolds.
