Allegiance Coal Limited has focused its attention on five projects comprising some eight tenements in four coalfields in Queensland.
The two lead projects are Kilmain within the Bowen Basin and Back Creek with the Surat Basin.
The other three projects are Calen which is located near Mackay, Mt Marrow, west of Ipswich and Townsville which is in the northern most part of the Bowen Basin.
General Meeting announcement shows a Pro-forma Consolidated balance sheet (post-capital raising) of $3,698,192 in cash & $2,094,631 in borrowing as representative of 30 June 2016

the AHQ annual report shows $1,994,631 in borrowings

1. AHQ are raising $2.5M in capital issuing 66,666,667 shares at 0.0375 cents = $2.5M

2. AHQ had $1,418,192 in cash at 30 June 2016

on 15 July 2016, AHQ announced $370,535 in borrowings were repaid with an agreed $220,000.

on 29 July 2016, AHQ announced repayment of $1,104,000 of the borrowings & also announced $659,000 of the borrowings (from GUL) may be satisfied by the issue and allotment of shares in AHQ at a price of $0.005 per share

therefore, AHQ have not withheld any financial information as you wrongly inferred

after AHQ issue shares to GUL, the borrowings of $2,020,022 shown on the pro-forma balance sheet will be in fact $2,094,631 minus $370,535 minus $1,104,000 minus $659,000 plus $100,000 Telkwa borrowings = $61,096

the cash will be around $2.5M

please try avoiding wrong information otherwise instead of being called the 'Village Genius', the HC village may start calling you...well....you know what !

-great acquisition deal for AHQ considering it was done when the price was rock bottom now the price is really high.
-3m market cap
-Raise probably already sold off to big player who got in before price rise.
the coal price rise makes this company go from a non investment to a investment.
-Peabody agreed to sell coking coal at $200 a metric ton during the fourth quarter to Japanese steelmaker Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corp
