    Its a hard one for a growth company, but its one of those opportunities to add shareholder value that they might never get again on such terms.

    If they seriously believe in the $20 SP by 2020 goal, then a buyback represents a good return on investment.

    South32 considered a buyback when their SP was $1, but said no, SP is now $2.50 and they have money in the bank doing nothing.
