I don't think you read the report properly. Nik is in and is staying in control of RTM. Nothing is owing to him. The note in the accounts is a contingent liability only which means that it is a "what happens if" situation. Corp. Admin. Svcs are firmly entrenched. The options approved last week is Nik's means of ensuring he gets upside and stays in control.
You are obviously not going to be swayed however that is entirely up to you. I, and other posters in this thread, are just trying to make sure you have your eyes wide open. If you make some money..thats great, but don't go into this stock with blinkers on.
