after reading jp morgan as substancial holder in todays hdr release on the 3rd page is listed a company affiliated with jp morgan in the uk. i do recall the name from a few years back called cazenove in the uk and this firm was hired by ted ellyard as the company rep in case of a hostile t/over bid. hope this helps.
