bizarre way to manage an offer from OMC's perspective. i guess on the bright side this puts a healthy floor on the stock for the next few weeks and we can all sit back and wait for the news in early Jan in the expectation/hope of plenty of upside. i spoke to the company this afternoon as well and sounds like they will have a some idea how the drilling looks pre xmas but wont be prepared to release to the market until second week of jan at the earliest.

can't see a reason why anyone would accept this offer on current terms with such potential only a few weeks away....roll on the new year...
