Good to have more pieces to the puzzle. This isn't however, the partnership for the ultimate remittance component. They still need to confirm a partnership that can be the cash remittance. The addendum of remittance in this announcement is to indicate that users of AT&T can use the remittance component when it comes online but DCC is yet to announce a partnership that signals that the core piece of remittance is complete.
If they've said December for remittance, then that's when it will happen. afaik, discussion is still hot and heavy from management to get the partnership sealed up to get remittance up and running.
