Agree wholeheartedly.
Those calling for the directors to issue a presentation have often done so with the cry that they should be meeting their obligations to protect the interests of shareholders. So ask yourself, which shareholders do you believe the company has an obligation to serve? Those who wish to see the price of a SIX WEEK OLD company 'rocket' so that they can take advantage of such an artificial short term rise to cream off some profit, or those who have invested in the company for the long term because they see its potential and are willing to back it with their hard-earned cash to share in the eventual success? On what time horizon do you believe the directors should be focusing their efforts in delivering sustainable growth?
If I was invested in a company with a Board that believed the former, I would be out of that asset in a flash. Patrick Canion's response to the tweet in the thread above really says all that needs to be said for now - all in good time.
