I received my notice of the meeting to vote on removing 3 directors and replacing them with the Greg Martin cabal.
I am reminded of the saying "The road to ruin is paved with good intentions".
Why because their "solution" to the problems they perceive includes the word "intends" a couple of times and other noncommittal terms.
This is no solution but a warning .
They have provided no concrete plan,time line, and what they will do and will not do.
Based on this coulda, woulda, shoulda approach I would have to question the "good intentions"bit.
I have voted.
I am sticking with the current team as that is part of the reason I invested in KIN in the first place.
