The AT&T app came out Feb 8th, 2016. The real question you should be asking is if Digital X are using AT&T's tech/app to send the minutes!
I can't believe they called a trading halt for such a non-event, they are playing holders for fools. This is basically Digital X doing free marketing for AT&T for what will be a pittance, unless you somehow think Digital X's limited marketing budget will outdo AT&T's marketing budget for their own app.
