I agree in principle.... but doesn't necessarily apply to Instos .... so what have they lost? Doesn't but may apply to the little guy and if 62% S/H only have $2K not necessarily too hard to do or unimaginable. That leaves the traders and middle classes ... who could fall either way..... so the value of the damages pot if the claim wins is likely to be .... what ?
