direct distribution Whatever happened to the new sales channels and direct sales that they have put in place. The announcment says without safenet they make no money. Cant see the need to disclose an earnings downgrade if you dont actually know if its true.
This does not smell right . Perhaps talking the company down so the long term holders accept a lower offer ?
