Certainly IKL are going to be thinking of themselves, and possibly they have played FG and RL (and hence commentators and sellers) like fiddles to stimulate the price lower .

Sellers are being absorbed with IKL the obvious buyer imo, but I would think it is a safe bet that our prior assumptions that IKL could not buy 10 to 20 % on market at less than 55 cents may be very wrong .
Lets say IKL buy 20% of scrip on market then 13% as agreed . Suddenly they own over a third of the co . A second bidder is deprived, and we are left with an offer of 55-65 cents to accept or deny .

I do not think it is in the interest for IKL to let the price dip too deep because then they are attracting and competing wth the large volume bottom feeding trader, who would possibly use trading to gain a good free carry parcel to hold tight .

I wonder what the M&A department at SEN are thinking ?
