Genorah are bunch of idiots and Zijin just greedy.Only way out of this is to show your cash and use it to pay off communities,etc.Zijin act like bunch of small time "wheeler dealers",delaying things for the sake of relatively small amount of gain.Over few million dollars risking loosing a few billion dollars.
Zijin just take control of the situation before you loose it all.
