Bear - i doubt it. not guilty until found guilty although you might be right in that it causes a stench about the company.

There are also 7m 20c options held by the old Fortunis shareholders, 5.8m of which are listed below (grabbed from old Fortunis reports/prospectus). Most of them were held by the ex-directors (i've put an asterix next to these names).

How will these guys exercise the options? The easiest way is to sell their existing shares to fund the exercise...  That's why as i said, the company needs to find new shareholders onto the registry and quick.
