Seals, as I stated in the earlier message, it could be a blessing a disguise. In other words, the ideal opportunity for UCL to get out of that endless quagmire in Iran.
Two hundred million US$ is nothing for the petrol dollar loaded regime of the Mullahs, in order to avoid a huge International scandal that has the potential to further weaken their International status.
It all hinges on the ability, willingness and knowledege (well, they can engage the services of the right people) of the UCL management......
If you are a UCL shareholder, call them tomorrow and mention it, in a way of digression,of-course.....Managements don't üsually" want to be told how to operate...They seem to know everything......
