    Do you mean RG146 compliance? From memory, all managers are RG146 qualified and sign off on SOA's before sending to clients. All staff are either RG146 qualified or training for it, but sign off always goes through a RG146 qualified manager. Would like to know how long it takes to become certified RG146 though, anyone know?

    Also, IAM doesn't need a financial services licence as they do processing type of work, not actual finalised advice to end clients.
