Guys have you guys checked out Codium's website? They are freaking amazing, quality sites and developed apps. This is a great acquisiiton... did they work for us developing the xped app released a few weeks back?
They are getting stuffs done, new website, meeting deadlines with app releases, deal signings, acquisitions you name it.... this company is going to go places.
