To those whose want to sue against SGH. I think they may be hedging their bet on SGH shares. They probably bought in many shares below this current price. When the final hearing comes they will gain massive regardless SGH win or loose. I think it calls conflict within interest and I think SGH should give details of whom want to sue against them to ASIC to follow up. Make the game fair and square
