PAK is a minority shareholder therefore there will no "$$$ coming in" for some years. Imagine will use any revenue for R & D, as they should- at least in the short term.
PAK is in no position to develop their Coal assets and a joint venture is inevitable. I'd be happy to give up 75% if the assets could be brought on stream reasonably quickly.
