Need to separate the the story from the share price in my opinion. Sure the story is good, but is there value at these prices? That's where it keeps falling over for me.
I still think NXT has so much blue sky priced into the SP. That means it's always at risk of large retracements on weakness.
They are still investing a large amount of capital that will take a couple of years to hit break even on. I'm still of the opinion that there Sydney//Melbourne investments are solid but the other states are lacklustre.
It's scary when you compare the enterprise value / Revenue / Profit of say VOCUS or TPG against NXT.
