17,510,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) will be released from voluntary escrow on Thursday, 27 October 2016.  The Shares to be released from escrow represent the third and final tranche of the upfront consideration shares issued in relation to the Company’s merger with MMJ Bioscience Inc which completed on 27 July 2015 (“Merger Consideration Shares).
