TLW says NO to a higher bid, down goes the price to probably 1.40 - 1.60.
Mind you, personally, I think TLW is unlikely to withdraw and probably already has a contingency factor built in, as no one would expect the first offer to be the last. Not even Potter, although I think he would like to with his 3mil hanging there.
Bottom line, the YES or NO is with the big boys basically; and the swinging mums and dads will only be marginal, as the share holders have been condensing by a factor of almost 100:1 on the average for a very long time.
I am even thinking that a good strategy might be to sell half, vote NO and put in a condition buy now at say 1.50.
