Thanks papillons, you are right about the chequered history that is how I came to own a small parcel, the management of (IXR then were c grade at best) gpx have long changed pretty much 2nd or 3rd generation now. I was left with so few I forgot about them. However reading a few articles + hot c gpx thread it seems they have fluked a winner and the current management although well paid seem ok. The part I have not been able to research or understand is the value of their graphite and as usual with hot c there is a group of cheerleaders on the threads saying the new big thing (including me) that it is better than the competition(mns,syr and so on),which lead me to here where there is robust debate on the value of each companies product, I would like some critical analysis of the company spin before throwing too much hard earn after the loss I made on gpx predecessor(IXR),thanks again.
