Perth is on the nose. Mass exodus. No one is going there all to Melb and Syd. Perth investors actually come from Melb and Syd and have been moving their money from this Mining town back home.
It has Perthcentric problems. Big Mining town big problem and shit State Government. It's unlike Melbourne and Sydney.
