How do you arrive at these conclusions? I have seen no evidence of either side doing anything other than typical wheeling and dealing - business is business and this is about money.
If FAR succeeds in legal argument about JOA compliance and has financial backing then they win. What lies between anyones legs doesn't matter a hoot and it is stupid to pretend it does in this case without any evidence.
