well yes nose, that really is the point.
The Chinese are so very desperate for the raw materials and India is hot on their heels. The steel being consumed by these two countries will keep WA in a boom for many years to come.
They would be nuts to walk away, esp as AXO have also given them the opportunity to invest as well.
