Yes @brisen dont be to sure... its still early and nerves have not settled.....
a bull trap could yet appear...for net sellers (new shorts) to still capture a few points..
a bull trap...or dead cat bounce?.....perhaps a figure of 5% may yet entice silly buggers....
But as @hoots says and depending on your risk profile, there is a reasonable measure of technical strength at the previous 40 resistance that becomes a support level and the CR at 38 affirms a Fundamental cash valuation...
Its now back to timing of the legal issues, that still provides plenty of space for volatility and short term trade manoeuvres..
