Arlene Tansey
Future Fibre Technologies Limited (FFT) (ASX:FFT) today announces that Ms Arlene Tansey has resigned as a Director of the Company in order to better manage her time commitments across a broad portfolio of company directorships.
The FFT Board would like to thank Arlene for her contribution. Since joining the Board, Arlene has led the Company through a successful IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange and provided valuable advice and guidance to fellow directors and the management team at FFT.

Christopher (Chris) Fergus
Chris has been appointed as a Director of the Company.
Chris is the CEO of AVA Global, and SVP Strategy and Business Development for MaxSec Group Limited (MSP) - an ASX listed security product and services company. Chris also serves as an Executive Director on the board of MSP. Prior to his role at MSP, Chris was employed for 20 years with G4S, the world’s leading security services provider. Joining G4S in 1994, Chris has worked across a number of continents, most recently as Regional Managing Director, Middle East, managing a portfolio of Security & FM joint ventures, with a total revenue in excess of US$1 billion. Chris has extensive experience within the security integration and services sectors.
Chris’ security industry experience, along with his proven leadership abilities, will bring additional relevant skills to the FFT Board and assist the management team in scaling the sales organisation internationally.
