I've received notifications of my apps and updates at all hours of the day and night - they have reviewers all over the world so it's the luck of the draw as to which one you get.

I didn't say that it would be approved by tomorrow - I've no idea when it'll be reviewed/approved. There's a queue of apps waiting for approval, so it depends when it gets picked up by a reviewer. Judging by the fact it's taken over 2 weeks so far it looks like there is a bit of a backlog, which always happens after a new iOS release as a lot of apps get updates that need to be approved.
