Need to wait this Friday and next Friday for Regis and Japara AGMs where they will provide an update. Also stock will be capped on the upside until the agm in November as capital management needs to be made clear - assume its asset sales and change of existing loan terms.
That being said, the recent update that the companies EBITDA for July/August was on track is encouraging. But they need the occupancy rate to move back up to 95%+.
