Fair point, I can see how that can be interpreted in many ways.

I took it to mean that the accounts have a lot going on because of the number of acquisitions; specifically relating to goodwill, customer contracts (and the related amortisation of these) and other 'identifiable' assets.
It took me a fair while to get a handle on it all... and the IRUs do complicate it that little bit further.

I couldn't find anything of concern, but that's not to say I haven't missed things before...
