The boss of PDN is incompetent IMO but like Bondy, has paid good money to the professionals and covered the company with absolute global expertise at a price.
IMO, history will state that along with DYL, PDN will be alikened to the Bond tower, an icon of its time. Will it falter - you betya.
No wonder they cashed in a few options.
