On returning from overseas this year, I had to refurnish my whole house and 2 offices. I shopped around for the best deals on quality whitegoods, furniture, electrical, etc.
Even though I own shares in HVN, I bought only a DVD player from them. And then I had to return it because they supplied me with the wrong product!
The balance sheet history looks great, but if I can only find 1 product of value at HVN from about $40,000 of shopping, and then they can't even get that right, where is this business heading?
Is this because this particular franchisee is hopeless, or is this happening all over Australia?
