I also see Nolans as the main game. Huge resource and rare earths are going to increase in demand for quite a while yet - the world is only just beginning to invent ways to use them.
Cable Guy, the toilet block image gave me quite a giggle. You wouldn't want to sink a long drop just anywhere on that land because we haven't found the edges of the resource yet and you might end up with a radioactive bum haha
