You'll notice that the ASW website is plain looking, doesn't have any serious form of 2-factor authentication and not the greatest user experience.

The CPU investor center on the other hand has these things, but has gone too far on the security side. The amount of questions I need to answer just to log in make it almost painful at times...
This is usually indicative of the security architecture/design group having too much authority and slowing down the company for what is minimal downside risk. (There are so many examples I have of this... 'man with a hammer' syndrome has never been so applicable.
And in this case, that syndrome is costly.)

After using both, even though CPU has the better user experience, ASW are getting far better bang for buck on their technology spend - which goes part of the way to explaining margins.
