I find it funny that posters can't post anything remotely negative, otherwise they get attacked for down ramping.
This is a forum - people are supposed to trade ideas and thoughts.
When I first started investing I listened to certain threads on hot copper with not one negative post. Everyone was positive, everything was perfect. That share price is now 88% lower than where it was.

I have personally had more success obviously doing my own research, but also listening to the negative posters (and people on this thread are not negative regarding this company or prospects - just valid concerns on rewarding managers who really haven't proven too much yet). Why can't the options be on a performance base when an updated JORC comes out or something of actually reaching milestones.
