I can understand the negativity here.
I mean I've been frustrated enough at times with ARQ's poor performance on the ASX over the last 12 months and the lost opportunity cost that ensued by sitting on a significant decline in the price of ARQ shares while numerous stocks were moving strongly north.
But fair is fair.
For example, the market has not reflected any of ADI's increase in share price in ARQ. Surely it should have.
The market has completely dismissed ARQ's three successful development wells, even though it is likely Evandra added an extra half a million barrels or so in reserves, which is a good start to replacing ARQ's reserves for this financial year.
It is bordering on being purely emotive when posts state that it doesn't matter what ARQ drills, it will be dry.
Similarly asking whether Canning Basin drilling will be deferred until the wet season next year because there has been a change in drilling order of Perth Basin wells is basically emotive and not the basis for making sound investment decisions.
