speculation on what is brewing

I just thought I would open up a discussion on what is brewing with CFE. I know this has already been haphazardly discussed, but I have a feeling something is going to happen soon. I don't really know what that is, but something is happening...

The evidence:
1. Rumblings on the terrace
2. JP's stopped selling
3. Share price building, many more at market buy orders than in previous weeks
4. Deals with Chinese investors announced, but nothing finalised yet
5. Indians apparently have also been in discussions with CFE and are keen on a deal at the right price
6. Anything else??

Some may disagree with this assessment, but I think we're on to something here...
