re: grant - comsuc down again?but what?
After being transfered from TD waterhouse, I have been disappointed in commsec. I guess it started with waiting for an hour an a half yesterday to talk to someone over the phone. Many functions seem to be unavailable through commsec and it lacks flexiability which creates hassles. I'll continue trying them for the 3 week honeymoon period, however my patience is running out. I must admit however I'm not surprised, they appear to be living up to everything I expected them to be. Perhaps they should be running off TD's website format?
